Irina has countless years of experience in the maritime industry and is enthusiastic and easy going but embraces new challenges face on.

She is passionate about our environment but also an expert on environmental regulations and ensuring cruise ships are in compliance. Specialising as an Environmental officer aboard various cruise ships, she is responsible for following up on different parameters and producing reports (waste waters, waste, emissions to air and sea), garbage management, environmental itinerary planning and audits.

She also ensures crew knowledge of environmental and quality standards and policies are all up to standard.
